Disappointed. Plastic-covered keypad difficult to use. Racks and tines are flimsy - hope they last for a while. Silverware holder does not fit snugly anywhere. Many dishes come out with wet spots.

let™€™s start with the only good parts: it™€™s quiet and the dishes have come out mostly clean. Now the bad: it doesn™€™t dry that great at all, dishes are soaked after drying cycle. Now the ugly:Next: I got 5 Frigidaire products because there was a 10% rebate. I submit the serial numbers and invoice. They tell me my invoice was fake after an audit. It was not. They tell me to have the vendor send an email. I did. Then they follow up saying I need additional info. I don™€™t. I click the link and it says claim not found. Zero integrity company.

We bought new Frigidaire appliances when renovating our kitchen. We chose Frigidaire because of the great quality in a previous appliance we had. This dishwasher works pretty good. The bottom rack is sticking already and gets hard to push in. We've only had it for 4 months. There is also a large scratch on the inside the door that I'm assuming is from the silverware?

My 27 year old Frigidaire bit the bullet in December. We went to purchase a new dishwasher. I did NOT want anything LG or Samsung. I've been married 51 years and always had Frigidaire appliances. I picked out one in the Gallery line. My stove and washer & dryer are also from the Gallery line. Really love this new dishwasher and enjoy using the third rack for things that I don't want to fall out and land on the element. The Big bonus is that it is so quiet you don't know it is running except for the blue light shining on the floor.

I didn™€™t realize how loud my old dishwasher was until we got this. It™€™s so quiet I barely know it™€™s running. Does a great job (use jet dry for best results) and the 3rd rack is a God send.

So far we have had no problems with the way the dishwasher is working. Unfortunately, we didnt get to look at the dishwasher in person, they had none on stock and we ordered it at through store. I like the third rack, although it is sectioned off in a way that it has limited space. All three racks feel cheap, not sturdy at all, and the prongs on the bottom rack are slanted in a way you have to put dishes in a certain direction, or they will lean too much. I do like the stainless steel tub, it looks more sanitary. The dishes get clean, so it is doing its job. But Im not sure if I would have bought this model if I was able to see it first.

Dishwasher didn't come with a Insulating blanket, so we were worried it would be loud. But its actually quieter than the Bosch we used to have. Zero Fingerprints too.

I like my new dishwasher to a point. I think the black stainless is beautiful. One problem I have is pushing the power controls. My previous dishwasher was very easy to push but this one you really have to push hard before it does anything. Otherwise, so far it is okay.

Loved my old Frigidaire

I read the reviews, but bought it anyway so I could have all new matching appliances. It is true - it does not dry well. If you air dry, then forget it. (The old one would still get everything except plastic items dry using air dry.) Also, it is true the cutlery basket is wobbly - I kept the one from my old dishwasher. And the bottom rack does not slide in easily. Finally, the normal wash is almost two hours long! But it is pretty, quiet, and the blue/green indicator light is cool.
