A bit more noise than expected

So far, we love the freezer for the most part. However, it is has a bit more noise than expected. I have never had a freezer that wasn't very quiet before. So, I'm not sure why this one would be so noisy. Hopefully, this is not an indication of a problem.

My previous 20 CF Frigidaire freezer ran since December 1999, over 25 years! Heartbroken when it suddenly had an unrepairable internal leak according to appliance repairman. New unit has less shelves and baskets. Having troubling organizing food due to less shelving & basket.

Good freezer that works extremely well. Freezer Boost is a nice addition for those times when adding large quantities of unfrozen items or doing freezer organizing with the door open too long. Great suction when door is closed. Fall back audible alarm if temp rises too much was a deal breaker for me. If you are in the market for a large freezer--I highly recommend this make and model

Lots of room in this freezer. We have it in our garage where it is easily accessible. We asked the delivery driver how long should we wait before it was down to freezing temperature. After 3 hours, it was down to zero. Much faster than we expected.

The original basket in the bottom of freezer did not fit and caused slight damaged the freezer door. I called the appliance store where the frig was purchased and the salesperson asked it could bring the basket back and he exchanged the basket with a model on the floor. Now it fit well. We can live with slight damage in spite been frustrated with traveling back forth. Otherwise, this rating would have been a five star.

The freezer is really nice and large. It was set up that was so confusing for days. Really need the manual in the freezer when sold with all the different lights and beeps that can continue for awhile. It doesn't mean it is broken like we all thought. The green MAY still flash for quite awhile and beeps continue until freezer is cold enough.

We needed this freezer for a specific purpose. We already have a smaller stand up freezer but needed this one because we had now butchered and needed enough space for it. Sure does meet our needs!
